Haegue Yang at The Bass

ed note: This exhibit will open Nov 2019.

South Korean artist Haegue Yang has new and existing work on view at The Bass in Miami. Yang’s work includes sculptural and large-scale installations made of venetian blinds, which is regarded as one of her signature materials. Her work reflects curiosity about the world, the immersive nature of it evoking feelings of “otherness” and displacement. Living and working between Berlin and Seoul, Yang has been awarded the Wolfgang Hahn Prize and has exhibited her work internationally.

This exhibition will be on view through April 5, 2020.
