Claiming Needles: Positions of Contemporary Embroidery Art online exhibition

Claiming Needles: Positions of Contemporary Embroidery Art is an online exhibition curated by Peggy Schoenegge and Darja Zub. Presented through peer to space, an online networking platform to connect artists, curators, exhibitions, and spaces together.

This exhibition explores the definitions of embroidery art, especially in regard to its topics and materials. Heightening awareness of embroidery art and attempting to break common definitions of it, this exhibition allows fifty-four international artists to present their works in a fresh context.
