SITElines.2018 for Santa Fe SITE Biennial

SITElines.2018 Biennial will be on view through January 6, 2019. This is the third installment in SITE Santa Fe’s reimagined biennial series. The title refers to Argentine writer Julio Cortázar’s short story “Casa tomada” (1946). Focusing on contemporary art from the Americas, the exhibition features 23 artists from eight countries. Exploring questions about private property (of body, mind, land and culture) and how boundaries are dissolved, artists play off the ambiguities in “Casa tomada.”
