Join TALA member Carol Shaw-Sutton in Ojai for a one-day beginning basket making workshop.
We will make a fairly traditional foraging or “egg basket” with a handle. This process aligns perfectly with a meditative, ecological way of life using plant fibers practiced by our ancestors. It is also a wonderful way to connect to our land and community as we think/feel with our hands.

Garden shears
Cloths pins
Old towel
Lunch

All other basket making materials.
